Rincón de la Subbética is a single-origin mild intensity organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Almazares de la Subbética from Hojiblanca olives. This monovarietal oil has notable aromas of green herbs and mind and pairs well with garden tomato salads, meats, fish, and grilled and fresh breads. Suitable for cooking and finishing dishes.

This extra virgin olive oil also carries the exclusive “PDO” or “Protected Designation of Origin” certification that requires all phases of production to occur in the specified region of Priego de Córdoba.
