Hello + Welcome!! I’m Robin and I 💜 Olive Oil! In 2024, I founded OLIVOLEO, a boutique market and online shop offering the best extra virgin olive oils on the planet. After 20 years living in and traveling to Spain, I noticed it was hard to find the same quality olive oil in New York that I enjoyed so much abroad.

We specialize in award-winning single-origin cold-extracted extra virgin olive oils from Spain 🇪🇸, which I believe not only taste the best overall but carry the highest health benefits. We only sell brands that I personally love and trust, focusing on small family owned operations and producers who exhibit environmental responsibility and ecological sustainability.  

OLIVOLEO vends weekly on Saturdays in Westhampton Beach where you can taste our full lineup of about a dozen EVOOs, plus some limited edition seasonal items that you cannot find anywhere else. I love to share and explore the nuances of each olive cultivar and help you choose the perfect match for a meal or unique gift.
