ORO DEL DESIERTO ORGANIC COUPAGE is a single-origin limited production medium robust intensity organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Oro del Desierto. It is crafted from a specialty blend of oils made from organic Arbequina, Hojiblanca, and Picual olives that are hand selected for their unique flavor profiles by a Master Taster. This leafy green and golden oil has notable aromas of freshly cut grass and tomato vine well balanced with notes of citrus and dried fruits that delivers a pleasant smooth intensity and mildly spicy aftertaste. It pairs well with garden salads, goat cheese, pastas, and freshly baked breads. Suitable for cooking and finishing dishes.
