OLEOESTEPA HOJIBLANCA is a single-origin robust intensity monovarietal extra virgin olive oil produced by Oleoestepa from 100% Hojiblanca olives. It has notable earthy aromas of fresh cut grass and apples. It is moderately intense in spicy and bitter notes that make it great for pairing with leafy green salads, bitter green salads, broiled fish, and excellent for sauce making. Suitable for cooking and finishing dishes.
