ORO BAILÉN RESERVA FAMILIAR HOJIBLANCA is a single-origin medium robust intensity monovarietal extra virgin olive oil produced by Oro Bailén from 100% Hojiblanca olives. It has notable complex aromas of apple, banana, and artichoke with flavors of tomato, fennel, and mint. This fruity oil enters the palate with a sweet taste followed by a slight bitterness and a spiciness that grows. It pairs well with fish, meats, roasted vegetables, grilled breads, leafy green salads, soups, and stews. Suitable for cooking and finishing dishes.
